Who is my delivery provider?

You can choose at checkout between Royal Mail or Courier Service (EVRi - UK delivery only)

What delivery service do I opt for?

For UK deliveries -

Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. All UK customers will be provided with a tracking number.

For all other countries -

Royal Mail International Standard. Unfortunately tracking is not available with this service.

Do I deliver internationally?

Yes, I am happy to send gnomes all around the world. Please remember that many countries will charge customs fees and import taxes on purchases over a certain amount. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any country specific VAT and fees that may be charged when the item is delivered.

How much does delivery cost?

For standard and small gnomes:

UK deliveries - £5.99

European countries - £8.99

All other countries - £15.99

For mini gnomes:

UK deliveries - £3.49 (Royal Mail) or £4.99 (EVRi)

European countries - £6.49

All other countries - £9.99

How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched from gnome HQ within 2-3 business days.

Delivery times after this will vary.

The following times are based on estimates provided by Royal Mail:

UK delivery aim - 2-3 working days

Europe delivery aim - 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery 6-7 working days

I cannot guarantee that orders will be received within these time frames.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges:

I gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

An order can only be cancelled before the item has dispatched.

Exchanges are not offered, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Custom gnomes can’t be returned because of the personalised nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
